TuB is distilled by the small batch engineers of Peach Street Distillers in Palisade, Colorado. At 4,700 feet, Palisade, Colorado enjoys cool nights during the growing season while also enjoying intense sunlight during its growing season. The perfect conditions for distilling some smooth-swilling gin. This special concoction contains handpicked wild juniper berries and a little coriander, angelica, orris root, licorice, lemon-lime peel & a pinch of cassia bark for good measure.
