At 4,700 feet, Palisade, Colorado enjoys cool nights during the growing season while also enjoying intense sunlight during its growing season. The perfect conditions for distilling some smooth-swilling gin. This special concoction contains handpicked wild juniper berries and a little coriander, angelica, orris root, licorice, lemon-lime peel & a pinch of cassia bark for good measure.
