Winemaking Notes: Milou Chardonnay is grown on the plateau of Aspères, on marl soils with clay and limestone, much like those found in Chablis. With this extraordinary terroir and a maritime influence, it was a perfect opportunity to craft a fresh, acid driven rendition of Chardonnay at a killer price. Vinification and elevage for Milou Chardonnay is done in temperature controlled stainless steel.
