Winemaking Notes: 40-60 year-old Gamay from a single block of vines, harvested by hand. Fermented and aged in tank for 8 months before release. "Le Bois Jacou" is the name of the lieu-dit and means "The Jacou forest."
Tasting Notes: Gorgeous waxy, floral nose and palate with ripe, fresh-picked red berry
fruits, bright pomegranate fruit and pomegranate pith. Good backbone. It's an old school, farmer wine that is full of personality.
