Fermented in tank and fashioned after the great Rosés in the south of France, this year’s Villa Creek Rosé sports a beautiful gemstone salmon pink. This wine greets with aromas of sweet herbs and honey crisp apples. The ever so slightly rich palate of fresh strawberry flesh, kiwi and sidewalk chalk immediately summons the feeling of summer days. We thoroughly enjoyed it at room temperature, but with a few ice cubes and a swimming pool the entire bottle might just disappear.
