About the Wine: As its name implies, Stephen Vincent's Crimson has a deep dark red color. Crimson is produced from a blend of Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petite Sirah grapes from the Central Coast and North Coast growing regions of California.

Winemaking Notes: 35 years of experience have taught winemaker Bob Goyette the importance of trial blends before bottling. Before blends are made, Bob pursues the best possible wine profile to bring together a wine that is superior to its parts. The final bottle is blended for body, flavor, and mouthfeel. Wine is aged for 14 months in 50% American oak and 50% French oak.

Tasting Notes: This very rich wine has beautiful ripe plum and blackberry flavor, accented with hints of cassis and toasty oak. Lots of black fruit in the nose. Soft tannins round out rich flavors of licorice, blackberries, and cinnamon.
