Winemaking Notes: The wine comes from the villages of Sancerre, Chavignol (near Monts Damnés) and Amigny. Traditional vinification in thermo-regulated tanks. Wine left in tank on fine lees for about 10 months.

Tasting Notes: Pale yellow with green tints. Fruity nose with aromas of boxwood and black currant evolving towards floral scents of acacia. Rich and round on the palate with good depth. Serve with salmon or other fish.
