Pleasant, jolly, and not in the least hard or heavy, the Paul Blanck Pinot Blanc is an ideal wine for warm asparagus or shellfish in cream, or any tasty starters.
Winemaking Notes: The juice is extracted with infinite care from the air-bag press. The slow, gentle pressing avoids crushing the stalks and seeds. Fermentation occurs naturally with native yeast in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting Notes: Lemon is expressed on the nose at first. Aromas of flowers, peach, apricot and grapefruit show themselves after aeration. The wine is fresh, vibrant and salivating on the palate. Medium-dry on the palate. Enjoy with seafood, light-flavored meat and light sauces.
