Vineyard Information: Grapes are selected from four properties with high altitude. Grapes are selected from four properties with high altitude and vines aged between 25 and 30 years old.
Winemaking Notes: Grapes are harvested by hand and transported in small boxes of 25 kg. Once fully destemmed, grapes are crushed and are subjected to a thermal shock. The must is pressed and decanted until the necessary clarity. The wine ferments at a temperature between 16 and 18 ° C in stainless steel. The wine underwent an gluing and cold stabilization before bottling.
Lavradores de Feitoria Branco Tasting Notes: Fruity aroma, with density and notes of apricot and pineapple. Fresh, fruity and very tasty on the palate. Good acidity and minerality with hints of pomegranate and passion fruit. Excellent as an aperitif, may accompany fish dishes and some pasta and mild cheeses.
