Winemaking Notes: This wine comes from the estate's younger vineyards and is harvested at the end of November. After a maceration process of about 10 days, the wine is aged in steel tanks for six months. It follows a bottle refining process for 2 months.

Tasting Notes: Deep purple in color. The wine has a long and complex aroma with forest-fruits, black raspberry, lavender, violet and liquorice notes. It is persistent and round on the palate with nice, savory tannins.
