Winemaking Notes: The grapes for this wine are sourced from the winery's Serra del Prete vineyard. After a long maceration process, this wine is aged in steel and cement vats for a time period of about 10 months and then proceeds to be bottled without any other process to enhance its unmistakable fruity and spicy varietal character.

Tasting Notes: Ruby-red color, with deep purple tinges. Long and complex aroma with forest-fruits, strawberry, lavender, licorice and leather. Persistent, round and tasty wine with savory tannins; lingers long in the mouth.
