The Champagne Laherte Freres Blanc de Blancs Ultradition is made with their best parcels of Chardonnay (located on the south slopes of Epernay). This wine is very representative of the purity and the minerality of the Chardonnay.

Winemaking Notes: Grapes are picked when fully ripened. Fermentation occurs in foudres and barrels with regular lees stirring. Partial malolactic fermentation happens. Wine aged for six months before bottled. Dosage of 6g/l.
