Temperance Trader Chinato Barrel-Aged Bourbon is a very limited release with only 105 12pks produced.

This spirit started with the 4-year old Temperance Trader Bourbon and was finished for 10 months in French oak barrels that were used to age Cana's Feast Winery Chinato d'Erbetti, an Italian style of fortified wine that is much like a sweet vermouth. Cana's Feast winermaker, Patrick Taylor, creates a beautiful expression of a classic Italian Chinato by infusing the wine with over 18 different herbs, spices, flowers and aromatic/digestive botanicals, the base is their own Nebbiolo wine with added grape neutral spirits and a touch of sugar.

Chinato Barrel-Aged Bourbon Tasting Notes: Deep garnet red color. Nose expresses raisin, vanilla and spicy herb. On the palate is baking spice, clove, cinnamon and orange peel. It finishes with raisin and spice that lingers warmly.
