This natural sparkling wine is simply stunning. This wine arrived to Cream as a mistake as we were supposed to get the Robinot Cuvee P. However, the mistake was in our favor as this is a balanced, richly flavored wine that doesn't have the funk of the sister wines.

The name L'Opera du Vin means that Robinot purchased the grapes from nearby vignerons for this wine. He takes the same care and non-interventionist approach with the L'Opera du Vin wines as he does the L'Ange Vin wines (grapes from his vineyards).
