Showing the more opulent, balanced 2012 vintage, the 2012 Sharecropper's Cabernet Sauvignon spent 8 months in mostly neutral French oak. Small portions of Cabernet Franc and Merlot were added to enhance the aromatics and to help tame the tannins. 

Tasting Notes: Spicy aromas of jalapeno and cassis lead to flavors of plum, blackberry, olive and brioche. The mouth-feel is balanced with bright acidity, tart berry fruit notes and firm tannins. We recommend opening this wine now and enjoying it at a young age, however, this will age well for 4-6 years when properly cellared.
