This wine is 100% Sauvignon Blanc from a single parcel of vines that are 60 years old vines. Vaudons is the lieu-dit, and L'Arpent refers to a unit of measurement
roughly equivalent to an acre. The grapes are harvested by hand, fermented and aged in stainless steel tank for 7
months. Some lees stirring occurs.
