'A Elizabeth Dolcetto Winemaking Notes: The skins remain in contact with the must during the first fermentation for 11 days. After the alcoholic fermentation, malolactic fermentation is done in the cellar at the temperature of 20° C. Wine is aged in tank and bottle. No filtration and clarification.

'A Elizabeth Dolcetto Tasting Notes: Intense, brilliant ruby red. Floral notes of violet, red fruits, clean, fresh, fragrant fruit pulp, fine sleek tannin and persistent finish. Highly delightful to drink.
