Vintage Notes: The 2012 vintage was ideal for creating a rich palate weight and plenty of tropical notes. The growing season was long and warm with the fruit harvested under ideal conditions in early September.

Winemaking Notes: The 2012 'Wise Guy' Sauvignon Blanc underwent a long, cold fermentation in 100% stainless steel to keep the fresh, fragrant, grassy nature of this wonderful varietal in place. Sourced primarily from Corvidae's own Outlook Vineyard, the 2012 'Wise Guy' has beautiful minerality, mouth watering acidity and a focused, crisp finish.

Food Pairing: Pair this bright, refreshing wine with oysters on the half shell, sauteed scallops or a mixed green salad with goat cheese and a citrus vinaigrette.
