Terroir: Three different soils: Cailloutis Villafranchiens (small pebbles), chalky clay and volcanic. South, South-East exposure. 20 years old vines.

Winemaking Notes: Night harvesting. Destemming. Skin contact followed by direct press. Cold settling of the juice and temperature controlled fermentation (15C to 18C or 59F to 64F). Wine blending after fermentation. Aging in stainless tank. Bottled at the end of the winter and during spring time.

Tasting Notes: Light yellow color with hints of green. Lovely nose of exotic fruits, mango and cut hay. Fresh and flavored with a great balance.
