Da Capo Majoli Ruché di Castagnole Monferrato comes from a little vineyard situated in the hill called Majoli in the common of Castagnole Monferrato.

Da Capo Majoli Winemaking Notes: Wine spent 6 months in stainless steel and spent time aging in bottle.

Da Capo Majoli Tasting Notes: This wine is made out of the rare autochtonous grape called Ruché the provides a spicy aromatic character and a very round taste. There is no other wine like Ruché in Italy: unusual and very delicious, fresh and easy to drink, kind of light weight but at the same time very complex and full of character. The nose is rich of rose and strawberry with hints of spicy and pepper. Clean, fresh and smooth on the mouth. Best with seasoned cheese, salami, prosciutto, spicy pasta but also with cookies and chestnut cakes.
