Winemaking Notes: Must obtained through soft pressing by means of
a horizontal press, followed by fermentation of pure must at a
controlled temperature and thanks to select yeast. Aging in steel
containers at a controlled temperature. Refinement for 18-24 months
depending on the temperature and lighting of storage space.
Tasting Notes: Fine and delicate aromas with a hint of spice. Fresh and full-bodied on the palate with pleasant flavors.
About: The Terre Gaie estate is located in the village of Vo' Euganeo, half way between the towns of Padova and Vicenza, in a hilly region known as the Colli Euganei with long winemaking tradition. Winemaker Salvatore Lovo, and his daughter Silvia, grow classic varietals of North-Central Italy.
