Winemaking Notes: Fruit Destemmed, fermentation only with indigenous yeasts, gentle pigeage, 10 day maceration period. 

Tasting Notes: The fruit is subtle, with blueberries, spicy plums, licorice, and garrigue notes. The tannins are round, soft and greedy.
