If smells evoke sensations, perfume evokes emotions. 'Perfum de Vi Blanc' combines the floral, aromatic notes of Muscat with the local Macabeu grape, a temperamental variety which adds freshness and vivacity.

Vineyards: The Barbera Vineyard, located on Serral hill and orientated to the southeast. Calcareous soils formed in the Miocene with a marked limey texture, shallow and with a low organic material content. Trellis-trained Macabeo variety planted in 1998. These vines give fresh, lively wines to balance the mild Muscatel. The Moscatell Vineyard planted in 1986 in the southern slope of the Garraf massif (Sitges). Goblet trained. They get aromatic wines with the unmistakable floral notes of the Moscatell variety.

Vintage Notes: The 2012 harvest has resulted in low production levels but very high quality, with good balances for our products and excellent health.

Winemaking Notes: Gravity-fed grapes, skin contact maceration, achieving greater intensity and aromatic complexity. Controlled atmosphere at each stage with dry ice. Slow pressing of the two varieties separately at low pressure, blending the quality of the musts. Static sedimentation at low temperatures. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, seeking the purest varietal expression.
