(85% fermented in stainless steel, 15% in used oak): Bright, pale
yellow-green. Fresh aromas of lime and lees. Juicy and fruit-driven,
with a touch of sweetness and a slightly glyceral texture to the peach
and apple flavors. Cleanly made and firm, and an excellent Chardonnay
value.
