Vintage Notes: 2011 was a very contrasted and surprising vintage. With hot temperatures from the very beguinning of Spring, the vine was developing very fast. Nonetheless, a series of precipitations during summer has balanced the impressive vine's maturity to slow down its growth.

Winemaking Notes: After full destemming, the grapes undergo a per-fermentary pellicular maceration followed by a gentle pressing. This is followed by racking of the must at low temperature and the alcoholic fermentation. All the vinification process occurs in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine rests until the following Summer before being bottled.

Tasting Notes: The very essence of Gros Manseng with just a hint of Petit Manseng, this is a fresh and aromatic wine. This discreet and elegant wine is perfect for every occasion. Bright yellow color with greenish tints. The nose is elegant and intense, with both floral and fruity aromas: honeysuckle, jasmine, grapefruit, citrus and fresh grape. On the palate, the wine is fresh, fruity and rich at the same time. The finish is long and fleshy.
