TuB is distilled by the small batch engineers of Peach Street Distillers in Palisade, Colorado. At 4,700 feet, Palisade’s cool nights and intense sunlight during the growing season make the perfect conditions for growing big plump fruits and distilling the most smooth and tasty gin.

This gin is made from six botanical ingredients. There are three types of locally grown juniper in it that were foraged in the state forest; the juniper is mixed with coriander, angelica, orris root, licorice, lemon-lime peel and pinch of cassia bark. The gin is pot distilled in a 150 gallon Christian Carl (German made) pot/4plate column.
