This gin is made from six botanical ingredients. There are three types of locally grown Juniper in it that were foraged in the state forest. The gin is pot distilled in a 150 gallon Christian Carl (German made) pot/4plate column.
TuB came from the minds of a few gin loving folks in Philadelphia and is distilled by the small batch engineers of Peach Street Distillers in Palisade, Colorado. At 4,700 feet, Palisade has cool nights as well as intense sunlight during the growing season. The perfect conditions for growing big plump fruits and distilling smooth swilling gin – as well as other tasty libations.
