Vintage Notes: A great vintage for the Rhône Valley, with high temperatures in July, and the Mistral wind with cool nights and sunny days. These factors have favored healthy grapes development.

Winemaking Notes: Viognier grapes harvested at the beginning of September, Marsanne grapes harvested at the end of September. Direct pressing, indigenous yeasts only, fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks at 15 - 16 °C and blending after fermentation.

Tasting Notes: On the nose, tropical fruit aromas (lychee, ripe mango) mingle with scents of verbena and lime blossom. Star anise and spices on the palate, with a white peppery note to finish.
