Pure Wit is Upright’s take on a traditional Belgian wit beer. It has the characteristic hazy white appearance and distinct note of spice in the nose that the style is known for. Many modern wit beers are very soft on the palate, while Pure Wit takes a slightly more historic and aggressive approach by finishing extra dry and with a pleasant acidic twang. It’s the brewery’s first official release for spring and is perfect while awaiting the even better weather ahead.
