Foraged wild in the mountains of San Baltazar Guelavila. Harvested after 10-12 years. Pit roasted over black oak. Roasted for five days. Double distilled. Conditioned in neutral tanks for six month before bottling.

Tasting Notes: Tobalá is a noble agave with a cult-like following. Fidencio Tobalá wonderfully represents the intensity and complexity of this agave. The mezcal has a kaleidoscope of flavors that presents differently with every taste. One must taste to know!
