The chiseled lemon-lime aromas are minerally and crisp, with a touch of lychee. This feels light on its feet but shows depth, with flavors of citrus, green herbs and lychee. It's smooth and fresh on the finish, with a green herb note.

Pale bright yellow. Steely aromas of citrus peel, wild herbs, minerals and licorice turned muskier with air. Round and juicy in the mouth, with citrus and spice flavors dominating. Not quite as complex as the nose suggests, but nicely fresh and persistent.
