Bianco Unico is a delicious, succulent, lip-smacking blend of Italian white varietals that, in true Palmina fashion, manages to be both food friendly and eminently sippable at the same time. Aromas of acacia flower and honey mingle with lemon blossom on the nose. On the palate, this begins with grapefruit and Meyer lemon, followed by honeydew and a touch of almond paste, finishing long with a wet stone minerality and the tangy saline note of ocean air.
