Winemaking Notes: This wine is produced from vinification of white Garganega grapes. The grapes are pressed without the utilization of pumps, but by taking advantage of a specially built wine-cellar. The vinification process with grapes at controlled temperature. The wine is left to mature in contact for serveral months, then naturally decanted, and then bottled.
Tasting Notes: The wine is straw colored with greenish reflexes. It possesses a mineral somewhat sulfurous perfume with floral and aromatic herbs scent. The taste is fresh with good flavor, structure and persistence. Pleasant as a appetizer, but ideal to drink with fish and shellfish dishes.
90pts (2010 vintage) Wine Advocate 8/2013 "Even better is the 650-case cuvee of 2010 Soave Vigne della Bra. Like
its sibling, it is 100% Garganega. It exhibits a white Burgundy-like
texture along with notes of tropical fruits, caramelized lemon, and
orange peel offered in a medium-bodied, authoritative, impressively rich
style. It, too, should be enjoyed over the next several years."
