Winemaking Notes:
Harvested by hand. 40% reserve wine. Takes place for the most part in contact with wood, followed by an optimum aging process, with the goal in mind of developing complex and full champagnes while preserving their finesse and their purity with a low dosage (this wine has very light dosage). Wine is vinified and aged in 228 liter barrels made of Burgundian oak from Puligny-Montrachet. The barrels are a minimum of five years old, conferring neither tannins nor the flavor of wood to the wine. The optimum maturation period may vary, but it is never less than 24 months.

Tasting Notes:
The Récolte Blanche, boasting delicate sparkling bubbles, will undoubtedly be welcome for any occasion during this festive season. Presenting a pale gold crystal like robe, the Récolte brings out a great roundness in the mouth with white fruits and flowers flavors. The Récolte Blanche is delicate and elegant Champagne, the final note adds fullness and minerality.

"Davy Dosnon used some family land and additional nearby parcels to launch this Pinot-focused label, making unfiltered wines in oak casks. This all-Chardonnay cuvée lands in one of those "Is it Chardonnay?" spots, with the accents of orange peel and forest floor hinting at red grapes, but also fresh sea foam and green apple that's balanced by a touch of wood-aged richness."
