Tenneyson Absinthe Royale is distilled along the Absinthe Road at the historic Distillerie Les Fils d'Emile Pernot at the foot of Fort de Joux, located in La Cluse et Mijoux just outside of Pontarlier in Eastern France. Tenneyson's Swiss style, colorless, Blanche or La Bleue, spirit is formulated by the internationally recognized David Nathan-Maister, author of the Absinthe Encyclopedia, and distilled under the watchful eye of Pontarlierborn-and-raised Master Distiller Dominique Rousselet to celebrate the spirit's Swiss roots and French upbringing. Unlike many absinthes, David Nathan-Maister worked tirelessly to research and better control the absinthe distillation process in order to introduce some gin technique with the inclusion of juniper berry and citrus. This extreme craftsmanship, care, and recipe allows Tenneyson to be used as any authentic blanche absinthe while giving it the flexibility of a traditional white cocktail spirit. Each bottle is then hand labeled, corked, and sealed within the century-old walls of the famed distillery.

Try using Tenneyson as a traditional blanche absinthe, using it as a dry and spicy substitute in a wide variety of classic gin cocktails, or let your imagination run free and start a white spirit revolution. The clear spirit's white louche will add a creamy opalescence without disrupting the color and appearance of your absinthe cocktails.
