Sherman & Hooker Shebang is a project by Morgan Twain-Peterson. Sherman & Hooker is named after the two Civil War generals who founded Bedrock Vineyard in 1854. Philosophy behind Shebang is to make a killer honestly made table wine. By making it non vintage and a blend of many different varieties, it allows the ultimate flexibility while keeping the winemaking simple and avoid the “dark arts” that so many producers use at this price point; all of the lots, whether from Morgan or from friends see no chips, staves, or other gobbledy-gook.
